Taxi/Uber/Bolt
- We recommend taking an Uber or Bolt. Here is an article we wrote on Bucharest. Cluj tends to be less problematic and more honest but just to stay on the safe side we still recommend Uber or Bolt.
By car
- It takes between 15 and 20 minutes to reach the city center
