Dracula sees many things on the internet but doesn’t always have the chance to write an article on all possible topics, so here are some interesting things you can see in Romania.
Transapuseana – Aiud Cerbu
As roads are getting better in Romania, travelling is becoming more and more interesting and exciting without having to need a 4×4. These roads take you through old villages, beautiful forests, and vistas from which you can enjoy beautiful views.

Herculane an underated hidden gem
Herculane was known for its therapeutic waters in the olden days. Today not a lot of people visit and the new part of town is not functional, but it is one of those quaint places that has an outstanding building in need of a renovation. Go for the spas, walk around, relax and drive around.
Targu Mures
A deep exploration of the diversity of Romania. It is the city that has its own airport and is inhabited by a majority of Hungarian Romanians. We tend to focus on promoting Romanian culture, but Hungarians have contributed to the diversity of this territory since its inception. Hungarians and Romanians will disagree on history, but we can always agree on good food, strong palinca, and the fact that this city is worth exploring.
I want to visit Sibiu and Brasov
Rent a car and make your own adventure, here are some suggestions that I found on instagram. But there are more to explore.
Wait a second… Bucharest is not all Communist buildings?
People living in Bucharest usually don’t live in the eclectic areas, with french and modernist architecture. So, guess what you will here that there is no point in visiting Bucharest and you should skip it. But guess what? Bucharest is a hidden gem that is worth exploring, and if you want to do it properly, go out of Old Town and you will be impressed.
