What is the best way to discover our most beloved street food of Romania if not by going to a competition where you get the real feel for much people actually love these bad boys here! Mici are a skinless sausage, softened up with bicarbonate, mix of meats, spices and of course garlic that Dracula doesn’t like… It pairs really well with beer, bread and mustard, but I would like to recommend some pickles if you want to be a bit experimental.
