From the ticket website: “On June 8th, the gates of Arenele Romane will become overflowing with the sounds of Cuban music in a spectacular celebration. For two hours, we will dance and live to the well-known, flavorful rhythms of Sons of Buena Vista. During this time, we will have the chance to try famous traditional Cuban drinks as well as special cigars, a national symbol of Cuba. To fully immerse in the Buena Vista atmosphere, there will be multiple bars serving specific beverages and stands offering Cuban cigars. Since this concert will take place outdoors, smoking will be permitted.”
The Sons of Buena Vista fuses today’s Cuban stars with the legacy of traditional Cuban music, offering a journey into the heart of Cuba’s musical heritage. As the successors to Buena Vista Social Club, they carry forward its timeless charm to a new generation of musicians trained by Cuban masters.
Inspired by the film “Musica Cubana – THE SONS OF BUENA VISTA®” by Wim Wenders, this live project showcases the spirit of legends like Ibrahim Ferrer and Compay Segundo. Following the film’s success, the group will embark on its first European tour in 2025.
