Altex – Our Top Choice
Romanian-owned brand and where Dracula buys most of his appliances. 128 shops across the country and you can order products online. The products that they are selling can include toys, drinks, beauty products, furniture but their bread and butter is electronics.

Emag – Romanian version of Amazon
They mostly ship products, so if you want to see what you are buying, it can be annoying. Mu favorite thing to do is to order to a locker and pick it up after work.

Flanco – Similar to our top choice
I personally never used Flanco but it is the main competitor of Altex and it is similar in many ways in terms of the diversity of products that they offer. They have 120 stores a bit less than Altex, and they have less employees to assist you.

Evomag – online shopping
Smaller company focused more on online delivery. I was able to find only one showroom in Bucharest. Diversity of products similar to the ones mentioned previously.

Pc Garage – Only electronics and smart stuff
This place is more specialized, so it would be more focused on gamers and people that work on computers, and you will get home appliances here while scrolling for a comfortable chair for your PC. If you need components for your computer, this place can also help.

Alien Store – Performance Computers
There are some people that are ok with an affordable laptop, and then there are some people that crave for their laptop to achieve lightning speeds. This place specialises in laptops that move fast and move furiously.
