Vyro
Pros:
- They experiment with Romanian food turned vegan (beetroot borch, porcini stew with polenta, vegan sarmale and eggplant “salad”)
- An extensive menu with just vegan food
Cons:
- Not in Old Town
- Small location

Namaste (Draculas top pick)
Pros:
- The cashew curry was better than the butter chicken, and I can tell you that the butter chicken was really good
- It is an amazingly good place to eat really nice Indian food, and is really, really tasty
- You can bring non-vegans and you are going to all have a good time
- A wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes
- The staff is Indian
Cons:
- It was full when I got there so make sure to book a table during the weekend
- It is not in Old Town but it is walkable (also you have buses that drop you off close by)

Alternative: close by a Pakistani/Indian restaurant with quite a few vegan/vegetarians restaurants – Haveli
Go Veggie Băcănie & Bistro Vegan
Pros:
- Opens quite early
- It is both a restaurant and a market
- They change the menu quite often and make traditional foods and non-traditional foods.
- Bacanie translates to deli
Cons:
- Short schedule on Saturday and closed on a Sunday
- Far away from Old Town

Herbs Organic Kitchen
Pros:
- Vegan platters and Momos! Offered in a Nepalese restaurant
- It is one of the best priced vegan places in town
- In the former area that used to be the Uranus, a neighbourhood destroyed by Ceausescu, the dictator
- Nepali people are one of the fastest growing minority groups in Bucharest and we get nice food
Cons:
- Off the beaten path.

Pros:
- Healthy, tasty and decently priced, exactly what I want to hear
- The smoothies and lemonades are a big plus.
- Cozy garden, that is perfect for the summer.
Cons:
- Not close to Old Town and not well connected with public transport
