If you are looking for traditional ways of eating fish, this is the place for you! To quote Discover Dobrogea: “More participants went to this celebration of food than to Neversea“, a famous music festival. Long story short, Dobrogea is a region with many traditions and many minorities. The proximity to the sea and the Danube Delta make it a perfect place to eat fish and explore with your taste buds local foods and drinks.
Some of the foods you can expect to eat there are: catfish soup, storceag (sturgeon soup recipe from Sfantul Gheroghe), mussels, the Lipovenesc borscht, pies and homemade chocolate. You will be able to drink Kazak wine (a regional specialty), local wines and beer.
This year the festival will be help in autumn when the weather is not too hot.
