PROS:

  • You have plenty of food stalls to choose from
  • Decent selection of bottled craft beers
  • It is a nice urban terrace
  • Really close to Old Town

CONS:

  • You depend on the weather
  • During the weekend it can get crowded

PROS:

  • Resident cats
  • Wide range of amazing artisanal beers
  • Funky vibes and off the beaten path
  • Rock music, retro pub
  • Plenty of food trucks to choose from

CONS:

  • Not close to Old Town

Zaganu

PROS:

  • Long tradition of craft beer
  • It is bustling with activity and feels like the place to be in
  • Really cool design
  • Beer tasting menu

CONS:

  • If this pub was not so crowded all the time it would be my number 2 pub
  • Staff is overextended and take some time to come to your table
  • Pub food… I know, I know I am just being picky…

Happy Pub

PROS:

  • Student pub vibes with amazing craft beer (they changed locations from the vicinity of the university)

CONS:

  • Only food option is Dominoes (Dracula dislikes Dominoes)

La Lokal

PROS:

  • In the garden of a beautiful historical house
  • Laid back atmosphere
  • The interior of the house has a really cool funky design

CONS:

  • More of a bar, garden atmosphere rather than focus on the beer itself
  • Not close to Old Town
  • No food
