What does European Capital of Culture Mean?

The European Capital of Culture is a title awarded to one or more cities in Europe each year to showcase their cultural diversity, heritage, and creativity. The chosen cities host a range of cultural events and activities throughout the year, attracting visitors from all over the world.

According to Dominic Fritz, the mayor of Timișoara, 150 million euros were invested in the local infrastructure, Dracula could buy a lot of blood with that money…

All that money was invested to promote the city, build cultural infrastructure and many events are being held. All of this is meant to showcase unity in Europe and elevate the city to an important tourist hub.
